Proper care of the glass and leather is necessary to maintain the exclusive beauty of your purchase. Please do not drop this product or expose it to water or direct sources of heat and light. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange, subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Return/Exchange Policy.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on meredithwendell.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Meredith Wendell wants to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with your one-of-a-kind purchase. If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied, you may return/exchange your UNUSED article within ten (10) days from date of delivery, subject to the Terms below. Meredith Wendell will not offer refunds/exchanges before your article has been returned to us. Please make sure to comply with the following conditions. The article you wish to return/exchange:

  1. must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged;
  2. must have the Meredith Wendell tag still attached;
  3. must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories;
  4. must be sent in its original packaging;
  5. return/exchange items must be shipped back to Meredith Wendell within ten (10) days from the date of delivery;
  6. must be sent in one single shipment: articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.

If all of the above conditions are satisfied, Meredith Wendell will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less original shipping costs. Return shipping and handling are free. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the above conditions; however, you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Meredith Wendell. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, Meredith Wendell is entitled to dispose of it.

Please email info@meredithwendell.com for a return/exchange request form and then fax the completed return/exchange request form to 212.228.5539. We will then begin processing your return/exchange.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON MEREDITHWENDELL.COM NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE DETAIL PAGE OF THE MERCHANDISE THAT IS NON-RETURNABLE.

ALL SALES AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL AND SUBJECT TO LIMITED AVAILABILITY.

REPAIR POLICY

If your product is damaged because of normal wear and tear, Meredith Wendell will repair it at no cost to you if we determine that the defect is normal. We’ll pay the shipping to have the product sent to us for repairs. If the product is damaged by mishandling, we’ll assess the cost to have the item repaired at your expense. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return, depending on the refund policy of the credit card used, or two months with a debit card purchase. Be aware that the currency date will be the date you ordered on meredithwendell.com (credit date = debit date); this means no interest will be charged on your account.

SHIPPING

Your order will processed and shipped within four (4) to six (6) business days upon receipt of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We’ll ship to countries in which FedEx offices are located. Refunds, returns and repairs will not be accepted for international orders.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees will be billed to the recipient.
